The path you’re walking might feel challenging, uncertain, long, unforgiving, and lonely. But I believe we are best equipped to navigate both our internal and external worlds when we invite others on our journey.
My approach to therapy focuses on cultivating curiosity and compassion, with the relationship between client and therapist being the greatest driver of change. Because every one of us carries unique experiences with the world and others, I take a person-centered stance, recognizing that the client is the one true expert on their own lives. Supplementing this, I use evidence-based counselling methodologies tailored to suit client goals. While being flexible, my work is primarily grounded in Emotion Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Nature-based therapy, and a handful of other humanistic and psychodynamic modalities.

In both my personal and professional life I am passionate about spending time outdoors, connecting to nature and reaping the benefits that relationship to the Earth offers. For clients that are interested in moving their therapy sessions outside of the traditional four walls of an office, I am pleased to offer Walk and Talk Therapy.
