With 15 years of experience in healthcare as a registered nurse, I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals through both physical and emotional challenges. This experience has deepened my understanding of the powerful connection between mind, body, and spirit, and inspired me to expand my practice into counselling.
In my work, I use a range of evidence-based, trauma-informed practices, including Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based strategies, and somatic work. These approaches help to create lasting change by addressing the whole person—mind, body, and emotions. By integrating somatic practices, we explore how your body holds onto emotions and how to release those stored patterns, creating space for healing.
A key focus of our work together is developing emotional awareness. I believe that by tuning into your emotions with curiosity and compassion, you can gain deeper insight into your experiences and begin to shift old patterns. Together, we will build emotional resilience and create balance in your life, helping you navigate challenges with greater clarity and confidence.
