THERAPY DOESN'T ALWAYS HAVE TO HAPPEN IN AN OFFICE.
Walk & Talk Therapy offers a flexible, grounded approach that brings movement, fresh air, and nature into the counselling process. Sessions can include walking, sitting, or simply spending time outdoors. Being outside can create a sense of openness that helps some people connect with their thoughts and emotions more naturally than in a traditional office setting.

What Walk & Talk
Therapy Can Feel Like

Sessions are collaborative and paced around you. We meet at a thoughtfully selected outdoor location that balances comfort, accessibility, privacy, and safety.

A SESSION MIGHT INCLUDE

Walking together at a comfortable pace

Sitting at different points along the route

Reflective pauses or “sit spots”

Gentle mindfulness or somatic check-ins

Space to process emotions while moving through nature

Many people find it easier to open up while walking side-by-side rather than sitting face-to-face.
